NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) magnets are the most powerful rare earth permanent magnets with the good performance of high energy product, high residual induction, high coercive force, also, the cost is much lower than Sm-Co Magnets. Now Nd-Fe-B Magnets are widely accepted in stepping motors, spindle motors, brushless motors, VCMs, magnetrons, speakers, sensors, relays, instruments, and so on. Nd-Fe-B Magnets are prone to rust, so usually surface must be treated in Nickel plating, Zinc plating or epoxy resin. By manufacturing process, NdFeB magnets are divided into Sintered type and Bonded type.
